Andreas Krämer (Dipl. Betriebswirt) has over 25 years of professional experience in retail banking. After graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Bonn, he embarked on a successful international career in the field of automotive banking with Ford Bank, Mazda Bank, Jaguar and Land Rover Financial Services. In addition to his many years of experience in bank management, his knowledge of refinancing management, risk management and customer-oriented retail banking, sales and marketing at the Autobank, he has managed various restructuring projects (in some cases involving the necessary negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social plans).

Since 2017 he has been working as an independent consultant and since 2020 he has been an associate partner of REENGINEERING MANAGEMENT GmbH.

In addition to the strategic approach of his end-customer oriented consulting, the focus is always on the entrepreneurial goal orientation, the development and implementation of sustainable solutions as well as the communication with the stakeholders.
