Jacek Helle

Jacek Helle (Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. FH, MBA) has over 16 years of experience in industry and consulting. After initial positions as a strategic buyer at Getrag-Ford Transmissions GmbH and as Group Controller at E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH in the restructuring department and later Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH, a management consultancy specialising in family businesses in special situations. Since 2012 he has been looking after medium-sized companies in his own company.

Since then, he has been responsible for many projects in various industries with the goal of eliminating earnings weaknesses in an implementation-oriented manner, optimizing processes and products in the sense of lean thinking, and thus realigning companies holistically and strategically, also as a managing director.

Since 2012, medium-sized companies have been serviced in their own company. In addition to the classic restructuring, profit improvement and process optimisation projects, newly developed technologies are also industrialised, i.e. production processes are developed, machining processes are developed, production machines are adapted and finally productions are set up and tested.

Thus, his competences lie in the holistic restructuring of companies, i.e. from the analysis of companies via the preparation of expert opinions according to IDW S6/S1 to the securing of solvency (refinancing), via the return of the company to profitability, the optimisation of the process and production landscape and the strategic reorientation of the company to the optimisation and industrialisation of the products.
