Werner Fassbinder

Werner Fassbinder has over 30 years of experience in the industry. After his first years as a quality engineer and project manager for well-known automotive suppliers and industrial companies, he moved to a newly founded joint venture of Beru AG. Here he distinguished himself as the main person responsible for the development of the production.

He then worked for a subsidiary of the automotive supplier Magna, managing major projects ranging from the relocation of production of existing products to the establishment of production for new product groups.

He was subsequently responsible for the entire supply chain management and manufacturing for Kaba (Benzing) GmbH in Schwenningen. The focus was on implementation-oriented earnings growth and increasing technological competitiveness. Following the spirit of Lean Management, processes and products were optimised, thus increasing the company’s competitiveness. His distinctive process thinking and his affinity for IT made the implementation much easier.

The last few years he worked as technical manager of a subsidiary organisation of a large trading company in the furniture industry. There he pushed the technological exchange with research institutes and the reorganization of intralogistics.

Since 2020, he has been a partner at Reengineering TAG GmbH.

His core competencies lie in the holistic optimization of companies, but especially in production, quality, supply chain, up to the industrialization of new developments. He has an extensive network at international level, which often enables him to find a solution in an international context. Good English language skills also enable him to carry out international change management projects and to coordinate management teams through coaching.

Family and sporting activities determine his free time and provide balance and the development of new ideas.

Nan Ju

Nan Ju (Dipl. Betriebswirt, CFA) has 14 years of experience in consulting large and medium-sized companies. After studying business administration in Germany and China, he spent 6 years advising large and medium-sized companies on the execution and valuation of company acquisitions and sales in the “Deal Services” department of PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH WPG. Parallel earned the 2013 CFA Charterholder designation in 2013.

During this time he was responsible for many projects in various industries with the aim of analysing (due diligence) and evaluating potential objects for purchase and sale and helping to shape the transaction process.

Since 2014, he has been responsible for many M&A transactions as Managing Director and Project Manager at Eurasien Consulting GmbH in Frankfurt. There he successfully accompanied many well-known Chinese companies as well as well-known European companies in their transaction and integration projects (PMI) of various types.

Since 2021, he has been a partner of REENGINEERING MANAGEMENT GmbH, where he is responsible not only for traditional and distressed M&A transactions and issues, but also for the financial optimisation of commercial areas in restructuring projects.

Thus, his competences lie in the holistic execution of corporate transactions, i.e. from the search for a company (both target and investor), M&A process management, the execution of a due diligence, valuation of the company and the contract negotiation to the support of the parties during the integration of the companies (post-merger integration). Furthermore, he optimizes the internal controlling and reporting of the companies within the restructuring projects.

Reiner Holzmann

Reiner Holzmann (Dipl. Betriebswirt (VWA)) has over 25 years of experience in trade, industry and consulting. After his first positions as technical and strategic purchaser as well as group leader at Fehrer GmbH (Automotive First Tier) and as Supervisor Purchasing Europe at Kennametal GmbH he changed to different companies in metal processing, machine and plant engineering, electronic and automation technology as well as plastic injection moulding.

During this time he was responsible for many leading positions and projects in various industries with a focus on purchasing, supply chain management up to value chain management and restructuring in this area with the aim of optimizing performance and costs in operations in order to significantly increase the competitiveness of the overall company.

Since 2013, medium-sized companies have been served as an independent consultant and since 2021 he has been a partner of REENGINEERING MANAGEMENT GmbH. In addition to classic restructuring projects, we also carry out trouble shooting and interim management tasks as well as innovation projects, i.e. new supply chain strategies or planning, assembly and production processes are developed, new ERP tools are introduced and cross-linked functional units are implemented throughout the entire company.

Thus his competences lie in the holistic restructuring of companies, i.e. from the analysis to stabilize and secure the process flows and structures, as well as the systems (ERP tools) in connection with the persons in the area of responsibility up to the strategic reorientation and sustainable optimization.

Andrew Krämer

Andrew Krämer

Andreas Krämer (Dipl. Betriebswirt) has over 25 years of professional experience in retail banking. After graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Bonn, he embarked on a successful international career in the field of automotive banking with Ford Bank, Mazda Bank, Jaguar and Land Rover Financial Services. In doing so, he was able to gain profound expertise in the entire range of tasks of a retail bank at local and European level in Germany and abroad (in particular sales & marketing, risk management, overall bank management, governance), as well as in relationship management with all stakeholders (e.g. banking supervisory authorities, rating agencies, investors, deposit guarantee funds). Most recently, he was General Manager of Ford Bank and Executive Director of FCE Bank plc.

In addition to his many years of experience in bank management, his knowledge of refinancing management, risk management and customer-oriented retail banking, sales and marketing at the Autobank, he has managed various restructuring projects (in some cases involving the necessary negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social plans).

Since 2017 he has been working as an independent consultant and since 2020 he has been an associate partner of REENGINEERING MANAGEMENT GmbH.

In addition to the strategic approach of his end-customer oriented consulting, the focus is always on the entrepreneurial goal orientation, the development and implementation of sustainable solutions as well as the communication with the stakeholders.

Dr. Andreas Kosmider

Dr. Andreas Kosmider

Dr. Andreas Kosmider has over 25 years of experience in the industry. In his first positions he was able to gain experience in auditing, restructuring as well as process optimization. In the following years, he was successfully active as a commercial director with responsibility both in Brazil for a group of companies, in the international automotive supply industry and for a medium-sized group of companies in mechanical engineering.

During this time, he further developed businesses and individual divisions and was responsible for numerous national and international projects. In this way, he actively promoted both the organizational development of the company and the increase in productivity and reduction of costs – always against the background of the lean management approach.

Since 2013, Dr. Kosmider has accompanied medium-sized companies as an independent consultant and interim manager and has been a partner of Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2018. In addition to the classic organizational development projects, he accompanies the implementation of cost reduction and process optimization projects.

His competencies therefore lie in holistic organisational development, but in particular in the focus on transparency with regard to processes and cost structures. Medium-sized, owner-managed companies in particular present a special challenge due to the current environment, the succession issue and the need for change management, which Dr. Kosmider masters with experience, understanding and empathy.

In his free time, Mr. Kosmider also likes to travel, but then to discover countries and cultures and to actively relax.

Hans Micheal Traub

Hans Micheal Traub

Hans Michael Traub has almost 30 years of management and consulting experience in a wide variety of sectors and industries. After his first station as assistant and later as deputy head of personnel in a large medium-sized trading company and automotive supplier, he changed to a waste disposal and recycling company within an energy supply group as head of personnel.

In the course of an outsourcing process, he became self-employed as a management consultant specialising in personnel and organisational development. During this time, he was responsible for many national and international projects in various industries and sectors as managing director.

After further engagements as Director Human Resources in an Anglo-Saxon group and as Head of Human Resources in an aviation company, he returned to self-employment as managing partner in his own consulting company with a focus on Human Resources. He has been an associate partner of Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2020.

His competencies lie in the holistic view of corporate structures and the optimization and digitalization of the processes operating within them. Specialising in committee work in relation to dealing with employee representatives, he can get faltering negotiations back on track and lead to a profitable and compromise-based outcome. His consulting approach is characterized by a strong solution and implementation mentality.

He spends his free time with his wife, family and friends. Sporting activities in the fresh air serve as a physical balance for him.

Dr. Hans Jörg Eyrich

Dr. Hans Jörg Eyrich

Dr. Hans Jörg Eyrich has over 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate management. After training as a banker and studying economics, followed by a doctorate, he began his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co. Ltd. He later joined a medium-sized tax consultancy and auditing firm.

During this time he was responsible for auditing and consulting assignments in various industries and different legal forms. In addition to pure auditing activities, potential improvements in the structures and processes of our clients were identified and implemented.

In 2002 he moved to the DRF e.V. and carried out an extensive restructuring. As a board member of the AG and managing director of several subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, he consolidated the companies to form the DRF Luftrettung group of companies.

Since 2018, he has been supporting medium-sized companies in his own company and has been an associate partner of Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2020.

His competencies lie in the holistic restructuring of companies, the integration of different corporate cultures and the optimization of existing structures and processes up to the strategic realignment of the company. He is also involved as a coach for executives and entrepreneurs.

He spends his free time with his family and friends hiking, skiing or sailing.

Frank Liesner

Frank Liesner

Frank Liesner has over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. He has worked both internationally and in a variety of industry sectors. After graduating as an industrial engineer, he worked for the Henkel Group for over 10 years. International assignments have taken him to Spain, Chile and Brazil. Responsible for the finance division as CFO, he carried out successful reorganization, integration and restructuring projects.

In the further course of his career, he successfully set up a shared service center for the German subsidiaries of a large crane manufacturer. Subsequently, as Senior Director Finance, he was instrumental in the success of the SAP S4 HANA implementation of a biopharmaceutical company.

His expertise is based on an extensive knowledge of finance and accounting combined with a wealth of experience in project and change management. Reorganization of medium-sized companies, both organizational and process-related including IT, implementation of outsourcing and PMI projects in a corporate environment form his field of expertise.

He is currently commercial manager at the Hannoversichen Verkehrsbetriebe.

He devotes most of his free time to his family. In addition, he finds balance in endurance sports and volunteers as a parent representative for his two children.

Jacek Helle

Jacek Helle (Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. FH, MBA) has over 16 years of experience in industry and consulting. After initial positions as a strategic buyer at Getrag-Ford Transmissions GmbH and as Group Controller at E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH in the restructuring department and later Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH, a management consultancy specialising in family businesses in special situations. Since 2012 he has been looking after medium-sized companies in his own company.

Since then, he has been responsible for many projects in various industries with the goal of eliminating earnings weaknesses in an implementation-oriented manner, optimizing processes and products in the sense of lean thinking, and thus realigning companies holistically and strategically, also as a managing director.

Since 2012, medium-sized companies have been serviced in their own company. In addition to the classic restructuring, profit improvement and process optimisation projects, newly developed technologies are also industrialised, i.e. production processes are developed, machining processes are developed, production machines are adapted and finally productions are set up and tested.
